Return Policy

Something Wrong?
If something is faulty or different from your order, we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

Can't find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don't have that, get in touch and we'll do our best to track it down.

 

Wrong Size?

Don't like how it fits? Not a problem!  You can exchange for a proper size within 7 days. If we are out of stock, you can exchange it for an item of a similar value or we will issue a gift card for the amount purchased. Unfortunately, we don't do refunds for wrong size(s) purchased.

 

Return Process

1. Contact us via sarah@ozel.com.sg with your receipt. We will help you sort out the issue.
2. Once the returns policy has been met, we'll offer an exchange or refund on the item.
3. Any shipping charges will be borne by us!*

    NOTE: Made-to-measure and sale items are exempted from our Return Policy.

    *wrong size purchases exempted.
